Characteristics of self-adhesive label:

In the cold environment, the adhesive material has the characteristics of viscosity decreasing with the decrease of temperature.

The following six points are important for the use of self-adhesive in winter:

1. The storage environment temperature of the label should not be too low.

2. The processing environment temperature is very important for the smooth processing of materials.

3. The ambient temperature of labeling shall meet the product requirements. Any kind of self-adhesive material has a minimum labeling temperature

4. Label preset processing is very important in cold areas. Before processing or labeling operation, the label material shall be preset in the labeling environment for more than 24 hours, so that the temperature of the label material itself can rise, so that the viscosity and processing performance can be restored.

5. After labeling, it usually takes a period of time (usually 24 hours) for the adhesive of self-adhesive label material to gradually reach the maximum value.

6.When labeling, pay attention to the pressure control of labeling and the cleaning of the surface to be pasted. A suitable labeling pressure can not only meet the pressure sensitive characteristics of self-adhesive label, but also discharge the air between the label and the surface to make the label firm and flat.
